Refund policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We want to make sure to have good relationships with all of our customers, and want to make sure that you have a pleasant experience shopping and collecting artwork with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We will accept returns in original condition within 3 days of purchase.

Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. When returning a purchase, we are able to refund the price of the artwork*, but not the shipping charges at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

*For items purchased with a credit card or PayPal, there is a 5% restocking fee if it is returned. Unfortunately, payment processing companies no longer refund processing charges and credit card fees, so we have needed to make this change to reflect their new policies.
