"This is not so much of a story, rather me reflecting on my past. A reminder that life is short. Before you know it, you can lose a loved one and you don’t want to be left with any regrets. We need to reach out to the people in our lives. We need to say “I Love You.” We need to be present. Losing one of my closest friends, with him falling 9 stories to his death, still haunts me. I wish I was there with him that night because maybe he would be here and not just a distant memory. It took losing a brother and moving in with my now wife, same day in 2008, that I finally started to get myself together. When we moved out of NJ, I retired my Toxic Avenger dunks, symbolic of leaving all the bullshit behind me." -Sean 9 Lugo
